B1A4 attracts noona fans and will host a fan-sign event
B1A4 has made an explosive debut in the music industry and is catching a lot of attention from netizens of all ages.
On May 4th, a picture of B1A4’s appearance at MBC Pyojun FM “Park Kyung Lim’s Starry Night Radio” was uploaded. They were dressed in ordinary street clothes rather than outfits and were smiling brightly as appropriate for their age. This has attracted even more attention.
The members Jinyoung, BARO, Sandeul, CNU, and Gongchan have been promoting their debut mini album ‘O.K’ for a few weeks now. With the success of their debut, B1A4 has garnered a lot of attention from music fans, and the group has been labeled as young and talented singers with good looks and extraordinary singing abilities.
B1A4 appeared at the radio station with cute looks and happily introduced themselves on Park Kyunglim’s Starry Starry Night’s “7 minutes talk” section. With this appearance, they attracted a lot of noona fans and further increased their popularity amongst music fans.
B1A4 will also hold a fan-sign event this coming Friday in Seoul. The date and location is set to be on May 15th at Central City’s Synnara Records store. M1N4, B1A4’s Hong Kong fan-base, bought a star for B1A4 as a present.
A fan from Hong Kong posted on B1A4’s site a message about their the star they bought for B1A4 as a present. The fans bought a star on B1A4’s debut on Music Core and named it after the group’s name.
Fans wished to see the group to “shine like a star” and “conquer every human’s heart“. The exact number of the star is Taurus RA 5h7m52.59s DE +16°25’28.78″.

This time Sunday is not only the last day of the week but also the first one of the month, and it brings more than one surprise for this Inkigayo episode.

B1A4 receives explosive response from international fans
Rookie group B1A4 has been gathering interest from overseas fans, setting a wave of interest in South Korea’s music industry.
Shortly after B1A4’s debut performance on MBC’s Music Core, the group rose to #1 on various real time searches, as well as trending worldwide on Twitter.
Their official homepage and fancafes all over the world in the U.S., England, Canada, France, Spain, Brazil, and various others helped spread their unfamiliar band name to more than 110 countries. The site had over 2,000 visits from overseas and is still being flooded with curious music fans.
One fan account claimed the audience members were surprised to hear that overseas fans had gone so far as to fly to Korea by plane in order to personally go watch the first debut performance on the 23rd, showing their overwhelming enthusiasm to support.
Also, on YouTube, the music video for their title song “OK” gained a total of over 30,000 views, while the debut performance on the 23rd had gathered a view count of over 10,000. Other videos related to B1A4 received hot responses from fans as well.
Their agency responded, “They’re still rookies who have recently debuted but since they are receiving such huge interest from Korean fans and of course, the foreign fans, the members are all dazed about this. They will do their best to work hard to repay their fans by showing good sides of themselves.”

B1A4’s MV teaser release caused server to crash
New 5-member idol group B1A4 released their MV teaser recently. The group garnered explosive interest and their homepage crashed as a result.
Prior to debut, B1A4 received the nickname ‘manjjit-dol’ (idols who look like they jumped out of a manga). On their official site, the company revealed each member’s images one by one over a period of eight days. The server congestion from over 80,000 people accessing at the same time caused the site to crash.
The homepage released a MV teaser for B1A4’s title track, “OK”, from their album, “Let’s Fly.” The teaser showed heartwarming images of the members.
The teaser showed leader Jinyoung who looked like a composer, basketball playing Shinwoo, cool rapper Baro, pretty boy Gongchan, and Sandeul who had a pure smile. The five members gave off “sweet boy” appearances and fans’ expectations rose even higher.
In response to the teaser netizens commented, “The best visual group appeared! The title song gave off a force that newcomers don’t have”, “They are literally ‘manjjit-dol'”, and “Watching the rookie group teaser makes my heart flutter, it’s on infinite replay.”

English version of B1A4 comic available
Earlier this week WM Entertainment shocked us by all of a sudden releasing news of a new boy group they were going to debut. Instead of the normal way of teasing, B1A4’s company put out a webcomic in which they revealed their members one by one.
Even though lots of people were interested in this comic, most fans weren’t able to read it as it was only available in Korean. Now that the full comic is out, B1A4’s official fan forum FLIGHTB1A4 translated the comic and put it online for anyone to read.
Rumor has it that the sentences they are saying in the cartoon are actual lyrics for their debut son “O.K”. We won’t know for sure until next week when this new group’s first MV teaser will be revealed. Their first mini album “Let’s Fly” will be released on April 21st.

This week marked heavy promotions for the new boy group B1A4. Earlier on in the week, the group was revealed in a unique fashion, depicting the members through a webcomic.
In addition, the individual members, Jinyoung, Baro, Gongchanand Sandeul have been introduced daily. Today, B1A4 revealed their fifth and final member, CNU.
The new boy group will debut on April 21 with their first mini album “Let’s Fly”. The mini-album will be released next week and will feature 5 tracks and an instrumental of their title track “O.K.”

New boy group revealed through webcomic
B1A4, the newest idol group to be added to the long list of upcoming groups, has an original way of teasing. Through a “webtoon”, or an online comic series, they revealed their existence.
Even though fans think this group will be coed, only 5 main names and profiles have been revealed in the webtoon. Gongchan, Shinwoo, Sandeul/Sander, Jinyoung and Baro, have their names up on one of the teaser pictures. B1A4’s agency, however, has only confirmed one member and revealed a teaser picture of him alone.
A representative from their agency claimed that member Jinyoung has an exceptional musical talent. He is also the leader of the group and was trained in composing, singing and acting. One of the songs on the group’s upcoming debut album was written and composed by him.
They are supposed to debut by the end of April.
