ZE:A’s Kwang Hee Interviewed by Maxim Korea

ZE:A's Kwang Hee Interviewed by Maxim Korea

ZE:A member, Kwang Hee, was featured with his interview in the April issue of the magazine, Maxim Korea. It is really striking how honest Kwang Hee answers the questions of the Maxim reporter. Have a read!

This interview isn’t like other interviews in which celebrities are asked about music and so on. The reporter of Maxim asks Kwang Hee about various things like death, his last words, his plastic surgery and more. Kwang Hee answers all the questions in a honest way, which shows his pure and kind heart.

Read it below!

Well, how would you like to die?
Me, dying? I’d like to die after repenting all of my sins at the church. It’s a different image from what you thought about me, isn’t it?

You mentioned before that the company told you not to reveal the truth about the plastic surgery. The president must have been angry when you revealed it during the broadcast?
Fortunately, he wasn’t angry. I thought that in a situation when people don’t know me, it would be boring whatever I said. So I confessed the truth about the plastic surgery and my singing abilities. If I tried to hide that truth, it could have turned into a burden instead. I liked to talk about my surgery before debut too. The surgery went well so it’s alright.

What did people around you tell you?
“Seems like you can be honest even in front of the camera.” But they were really surprised when I talked (like that).

Do you have anything that you couldn’t give up even if you had to die?
Foundation. BB cream is too weak for me.

Is there anything you’d like to say before you die?
No. I’ve already said everything.

Even so, think if there really isn’t anything, you’d say.
I’d reveal all the female celebrities I dated and die after that.

Have you dated a lot of female celebrities?
No. I won’t die in the next 24 hours, but when I die later, it’s possible that I will date some female celebrities before that, right? People will be curious, so I will be able to tell them before I die.

Soon, [ZE:A’s] full album will be released. Is your part a bit longer? In “Mazeltov” your part was just 6 seconds.
I stand at the center in 2 out of 4 choruses. The caring members and company gave me the opportunity to be in the center of public’s attention. I will show the warm image while being naturally wild as well.

TVXQ (Yunho and Changmin) and Big Bang (Daesung, Taeyang, G-Dragon, TOP, and Seungri) have been experiencing popularity with their long awaited comebacks to the Korean industry. The two groups have been the top male groups that have been successful in their comebacks.

Both groups have achieved triple crowns on SBS Inkigayo and KBS Music Bank for “Why (Keep Your Head Down)” (TVXQ) and “TONIGHT” (Big Bang). Most recently, TVXQ won their first award on both Inkigayo and Music Bank for the title song from their repackaged album, “Before U Go.” On April 8th, Big Bang will reveal their 4th mini-album special edition, which will include three additional songs.

CNBLUE have recently returned with their first full length album “First Steps,” and have been sweeping the charts upon the release of their album. Their title song “Intuition” topped real-time charts on various online music charts. With their intense guitar rhythms and powerful vocals, CNBLUE has captured fan girls’ hearts.

Girl group 4minute unveiled their mini-album “Heart To Heart” earlier this week and showed off a new look to fans. Their concept “SHOCK 20” shows a more mature side of 4minute. The girls have presented a more intense music, and their albums includes a variety of songs such as a ballad that showed off their gentle and distinct individual voices.

On April 7th, Rainbow will be releasing a mini-album with a title song by Daishi Dance, one of Japan’s top composer. Rainbow had a successful comeback last year with “A” and “Mach,” and is expected to release yet another addictive song.

After School’s sub-unit Orange Caramel have released their latest digital single “Bangkok City” with a concept of a funky club girl. Sticking to their cute image, Raina, Lizzy, and Nana takes it up a notch by releasing a funky song mixed with an electronic house sound.
